Tzatzki - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients: 500 gr of Greek yogurt 3 medium cucumbers, grated 3-6 cloves of garlic, minced (according to taste) 2 spoons of olive oil salt Mix all the above ingredients and put the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 days, so that the aroma of garlic and cucumber impregnates within the yoghurt. On Saturday we went to Schueberfour, Luxembourg's biggest fair. We all agreed that the highlight this year was the ferris wheel ride.Fair food!

Truth be told, I've been surfing again. A lot actually. There are amazing people doing amazing things out there in the world.
Our Last Schueberfour
I fear many of my posts from now on with start with that, Our Last, as this is now our last year in Luxembourg. Our stay here was extended, we're moving back to Seattle in August 2011 instead of this November. We're very happy about the extension - the girls get another full year of school here, we get more time to spend with the lovely people we've met and we're able to squeeze in a few more trips!

While in Seattle this summer I made a little visit to our storage unit. One of the items I was after was a photo album from my first trip to Europe. I loved the idea of comparing photos from then, 1996, and now.
